UMLILOWENKOSI ("we", "us", "the house") operates this website. These terms apply to all visitors and customers. We may update them from time to time, and the version published here at the time of your order applies.

All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT. We make every effort to display colours and details accurately, though slight variation may occur due to screen settings and the nature of dyed cotton.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to limit quantities. As we produce in limited runs, items may sell out and availability is not guaranteed until payment is confirmed.

Your order is an offer to purchase. A contract of sale is formed only once payment is confirmed and we send order confirmation. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order, with a full refund where payment has been taken.

Payments are processed securely by PayFast. By placing an order you confirm that you are authorised to use the chosen payment method. We do not store your card details.

Delivery is governed by our Shipping Policy. Risk in the products passes to you on delivery. Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed, as final delivery is performed by third-party couriers.

Returns and exchanges are governed by our Returns & Exchanges policy and your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2008. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights.

All content on this site — including the UMLILOWENKOSI name, logo, designs, imagery and copy — is our property or licensed to us and is protected by law. You may not reproduce or use it without our written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or products. Our total liability for any order is limited to the value of that order. Nothing excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.
